Lead Development Specialist

Overview

Working as a key part of the commercial team, the Lead Development Specialist will generate valid leads for high-value financial and customer support solutions. This is a hunter role where the right candidate will have the know-how to build an active and consistent sales pipeline and use their skills/persistence to help the team close eight figures in revenue per year.

This role will work closely with marketing to develop effective, focused and repeatable communication cycles that generate a steady lead stream and yield consistent revenue.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads and co-manage ongoing lead acquisition programs.
  • build a robust ongoing stream of qualified business opportunities!
  • Work commercial plan and develop a solid pipeline
  • Quickly & effectively identify sales opportunities and decision makers that translate into revenue
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of professional sales/lead generation experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, communication or related field
  • B2B sales experience within the Financial and/or Call Center industries
  • Top-notch CRM software and Microsoft Office skills
  • Action-oriented, able to multi-task and deliver results quickly
  • Demonstrated experience with successful pipeline development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and work as part of a team to deliver success
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Existing experience within the financial services industry with companies that need loan servicing, capital markets support, and call center services are a plus.
